Regional airports of Zurich and Friedrichshafen are approximately 150km from Davos; Milan and Basel are 230km
and 260km respectively.
Davos may be reached: by airport shuttle bus (at weekends from Zurich), by private-hire minibus service, by private car or by Swiss and Rhaetian railways.
The quickest route to The Bellevue in Wiesen is as follows:
- Take the A13 motorway past Chur, then take the exit for Thusis Süd.
- Continue to Tiefencastel and at the roundabout turn left following the signs for Davos.
- After the village of Surava turn left then drive through the villages of Alvaneu and Schmitten.
- The Hotel-Restaurant Bellevue is located at the entrance to the village of Davos Wiesen, on the right hand side of the road.
Car-parking is available at the hotel.

The Postbus stop Davos Wiesen, Kirche is right in front of the hotel. Get the train either to Chur and from there by postbus via Lenzerheide to Wiesen or the train to Davos Platz and from there by postbus to Wiesen.
The exact details can be found in the SBB timetable. It is important to always enter the exact stop Davos Wiesen, Kirche, so that you do not arrive at Wiesen train station.
The Wiesen train station is located far down in the valley and there are no bus connections. From the Wiesen train station it is about a 50 minute walk up a steep hill to the hotel.
From the north (Central Switzerland, Basel, Zurich and St.Gallen)
Take the motorway to Chur and then on the A13 (San Bernardino) until exit Thusis. From there towards Tiefencastel. From Tiefencastel direction Davos you reach Wiesen after approx. 20 minutes.
The Bellevue is located on the main road.
If the San Bernardino route is clogged, you can of course also leave the motorway in Landquart and reach us via Prättigau and Davos.
From the south
Travel via Engadin and then Julierpass to Tiefencastel. At the roundabout in Tiefencastel drive towards Davos and then follow the instructions above.
Follow the San Bernardino route to Thusis and then the directions above.
In the mountains, extreme weather conditions, can lead to blockages of both roads and railways. Please check road conditions and train connections on the days you travel.
