Wiesen Viaduct

Designed by the chief engineer of the Rhaetian Railway, Henning Friedrich, the viaduct is it a single-track railway built between 1906 and 1909.

It is made from concrete blocks with dimension stone coverage spanning the Landwasser southwest of the hamlet of Wiesen.

The Rhaetian Railway still owns and uses it today for regular service.

The hiking trail from Wiesen to Filisur also leads over the viaduct. An impressive experience.
